1. Hotel TA1. M&E services layout sample 8th floor discussed will remain as built on site. 

2. Econmech will explain to PSM about the layout sample at the 8th floor to get the approval.

3. Econmech and DCC had discussed and will adjust on site to get the corridor 2400mm ceiling height.

4. Man hole, KH will liaise with Kinnangland on adjustment of MH location on site. KH must standby on site during MH base installation so they pipe can align.

5. DCC will confirm if any changes of location of the MDF room or JC9C on site. Layout of the PN10 pipe

6. DCC to check if that MSB door opening is enough space for their equipment and.

7. MSB plinth at MSB room, 15th floor.

8. 21st floor Plinth/slab opening confirmation and layout KH and Econmech.

9. All the obstruction issues on site update especially  riser room.

10. Mitsubishi Lift shaft clearing, lift motor room and lift shaft verticality issues.

11. The ID drawing issues.
