Azman HKL: Yes noted. All Rfi got running number recorded also in form before filing. Due to that time of submission and inspection issue, some of it left blank before inspection.
Azman HKL: After inspection I put in the ref number.
Azman HKL: So NSC, please submit your RFI early to me, so that I can arrange it properly. Also make sure you got your own list of forms submitted for reference.
Kadapi J. PROMES: Please put washer and nut for better grap. Tq
Kadapi J. PROMES: Dear NSC's, permenant installation should have washer and nut for better graps for any hanging installation that use thread rod underneath slab nor beams. Tq
