Dear All,
Kindly take note that as 2nd floor has no raised escalator lobby and 3rd floor escalator lobby is raised by 100mm (i.e. escalator rise has increase from 5,400mm to 5,500mm), the escalator serving 2nd to 3rd floor distance between support beam need to increase by 143mm (ie. from 12,500mm to 12,643mm).
Appreciate if C&S engineer can re-issue revised beam layout for the affected 3rd floor area.

HKL Lo : should it not the length 12150mm instead of 12500mm? Please take note on what Ir Syamsuflan commented, and advise soonest. At the mean time, your input, thus can alert c n s drawing revision. sorry 11215mm instead of 12500mm. and why 143mm?
Liaw.K.P : Existing beam to beam for Esc #5 & #6 which is 2nd floor to 3rd floor is 12500mm
so now if raised up 100mmm, then the beam to beam distance will be affected
Lo: same thing to 4th floor and 5th floor. so it's not just 12500mm. the length of floor above as well
Liaw.K.P : as explained to you on the phone ya...the above floors no changes on the beam to beam as the floor height is same as top and bottom both increase 100mm... 11215mm is the opening length to the escalator landing platform
