 11.10.22 M&E Meeting Minute

1. HKL Main-Con request Safety Helmet for Supervisor is white colour, General worker is Blue colour with KH sticker.

2. Safety west is Yellow colour.

3.1st Floor slab grid line 5-6/F-I will castin concrete 15th Oct 2022 this Saturday

4. Mr.Raymond project manager inform the storage space possible is next year can provide us, will be more if slab done upper floor later.

5. HKL say all NSC need to submit the shop drawing As soon as possible for approval, they will not waiting. 

6. KH shop drawing already submitted till ground floor, 1st floor shop drawing will submit this week.

7.Plumbing method statement submitted on 11th Oct 2022.

8.HKL say material sample can preapproved by Promes consultant but officially submit need to submit to HKL 1st.

9.Shop drawing approval need to follow up with Promes.

10.All NSC's need to provide Organization Chart.

11.Manhole invert level for Puddle Flange C.I.pipe discharge to manhole. Mr.Raymond say still waiting C&S consultant information.

 12.M&E Coordination Meeting on every Tuesday 3pm, next is 18th Oct 2022
